We spent 3 nights at the place and I can say that was great. We came on Sunday afternoon and may be that was staffs' day off, so only 2 lady without English serve us but they were amazing, kind, warmhearted welcoming. We are a family with 2yr old son, we know we might make noise sometimes then but people were very nice to us and to the little one too. One of good points was breakfast. They served a table of full delicious food which were homemade freshly at the kitchen. I love it. We did enjoy and feel thankful for their organising the meal very attractive. We could feel that everything they made for the guesses were honest and enthusiastic. However, unfortunately there was a problem with the room we stayed that pipe system in bathroom smelled so bad. We let them know and the staffs said it never happened before. They tried to find out what was happening and waiting for a professional plumber coming. I don't really know why they did not move us to another room instead of kept saying "sorry". But that was fine. They said they would close that room until the problem has been resolved. Hopefully they could do it asap because it will be a big pity for their business. Cause all the facilities and building are new and high standard decorated. In generally, I still highly recommend for Riad Kech One as a must-stay in Marrakesh. I will be back in the future if got the chance.Posted on Laura NiculasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great riad in a good location in the medina, but still close enough to arrive easily by car. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was very good. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, gave us great advice, and made us feel safe and at home.Posted on mavi carlinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This Riad has been renovated with taste, it has big spaces and the restaurant is downstairs which gives the luxury of the quietness in the mornings. The breakfast was lovely. And all the team extremely nice and helpful.Posted on Meenu NairTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One of the best or the best Riads we stayed in on our trip to Morocco. Tastefully put together and not over the top interiors. Staff are very good and the food tasty. The approach is a bit crowded and in the midst of a market but the other shopping areas are within walking distance. Like all Riads there is no vehicular access but they help in transportation of your luggage at an extra cost. Specific mention to Zachariah who took good care of us.Posted on Abdi DaudTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We stayed at Riad Kech One for 5 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The riad is in a fantastic location, close to all the main attractions in Marrakech and within easy reach of pick-up points for excursions. A special thank you to Zachariah, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful on days when we had early excursions, he even prepared and packed us breakfast to take with us, which was such a sweet gesture. The riad itself is stunning! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well cared for. Our rooms were cleaned and organised every single day to an exceptional standard. We would often come back to find even our makeup neatly arranged and packed away, something I’ve never experienced anywhere else! The only downside was with the spa package we booked. Some of the treatments that were promised were not provided, and while we were offered a small discount (€5), it didn’t quite feel like enough of a resolution. That being said, overall our stay was truly amazing, and I would highly recommend Riad Kech One to anyone visiting Marrakech. We would definitely come back! 5/5 🌟Posted on Andrianina ANDRIAMANGATrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
